Registration and Cancellation Policies

Payment Options

  • One time registration fee — $25 (returning families - $5)
  • Easy and secure online registration with credit/debit cards
  • Enrollment is not confirmed without paid registration.
  • All families are automatically enrolled in our equal monthly recurring billing.

Tuition Refunds and Withdrawals

  • Full registration fee refunded only for canceled classes without minimum enrollment
  • Music Together® Class withdrawals on or before November 15 and February 15 with minimum three months payment
  • Instrumental lesson withdrawals on or before the 15th of the month with minimum two months payment

Missed Classes

  • Credit is not given for missed classes.
  • Monthly Saturday makeup classes are offered for missed classes.
  • Contact the office, register in the studio, or use our online make-up scheduler for make-up classes or lessons.

Canceled classes

  • Studio canceled classes may be made up in our monthly Saturday makeup schedule.
  • When the Forest Hills school district near the teaching location cancels due to weather conditions, classes and lessons do not automatically cancel.  Check the website or call the office.  In the event of a two-hour school delay, classes do NOT cancel.
